Riding Skorphults Baloutendro, Al Sharbatly beat a field in the 1.50m FEI World Cup qualifier to take the top spot on the podium.

It was a strong night for the home crowd as well, with Kuwaiti riders filling the remaining top places. Hussain Alkharafi earned a hard-fought second place aboard Gk C'est Un Rêve, while Annaz Al Annaz finished third riding Carlsson 69.
